B&B Electronics Ethernet Extenders with PoE+

B&B Electronics Manufacturing Company of Ottawa, Ill., releases the Elinx Series Ethernet extenders with models featuring built-in power over Ethernet plus (PoE+) and network management capabilities.

Using existing copper wire infrastructure (Cat-5 cable or telephone copper wire), the product extends Ethernet connections up to 6,248 feet. Additionally, the product powers remote devices placed nowhere near a power source by providing power directly from the extended Ethernet port. All models support the IEEE 802.3 and 802.3u standards.
