KBC Networks of Lake Forest, Calif., releases the ESUL8 Series of unmanaged industrial Ethernet switches that combine with the company's WESII wireless Ethernet units, to allow up to seven camera feeds to be sent securely over a single wireless link.
The switches feature eight RJ45 10/100 copper ports which are automatically configured, broad dual-redundant power inputs, and are designed for low power consumption. The units have an operating temperature range of -40° F to +165° F and IP40 protection class casings.
The WESII wireless units are 802.11n compliant and offer a throughput of up to 100Mbps through MIMO technology. WPA2 encryption secures the data over the link and prevents unauthorized access to the system.
