The other day I received an urgent voice message from my long-time colleague and friend at the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA), Vice President of Marketing & Programs Celia Besore. Having always looked forward to my conversations with Celia, I promptly returned the call and received some bittersweet news. She told me she was leaving CSAA to accept a position as head of a nursing association, a position she had steadfastly educated and trained herself for the past few years.
