ADS Security Purchases Accounts From Stewart Security Systems
The deal helps ADS expand its presence in the Middle Tennessee market.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – ADS Security (ADS) has acquired nearly 600 customer accounts from Stewart Security Systems, helping to expand the firm’s presence in Middle Tennessee.
“Middle Tennessee is home to our corporate headquarters and monitoring center, so we are proud to grow our business locally in Middle Tennessee,” ADS President and CEO John Cerasuolo says. “We focus our acquisition efforts on companies with an excellent reputation within their community and Stewart Security Systems fits that bill perfectly.”
Stewart Security Systems customers will now have access to ADS’ customer care team; advanced suite of security services, including mobile management and home automation technologies and UL-listed, CSAA Five Diamond monitoring center.
Customers will also be able to manage their accounts and make payments through the My ADS online portal.
