Blue Shield Security Joins Honeywell’s Dealer Program
Canada-based Blue Shield Security Inc. has joined the Honeywell First Alert Professional Dealer Program. The St. John’s, Newfoundland-based dealer serves the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland, and customizes alarm systems, surveillance cameras, access control and A/V services for commercial and residential customers.
Blue Shield also partners with Reliance Protectron, one of only two monitoring stations in Canada with Five Diamond Certification from the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA). Through this partnership, Blue Shield monitors home and business systems and provides customers critical information to ensure they are aware of who is arming and disarming their security systems.

With approximately 600 dealer locations in North America, the First Alert Professional Dealer Program provides customized support in sales techniques and marketing strategies for intrusion, fire, CCTV and access control systems in commercial and residential facilities. The program is designed for dealers with expertise in intrusion and fire, video surveillance and access control.
