Interface Security Systems Acquires Phillips-Dolby Security Systems
Security integrator Interface Security Systems has completed its acquisition of Phillips-Dolby Security Systems. Terms of the transactions were not released. The deal is Interface’s 20th transaction since 2002, when it began a continuing expansion strategy into the mid-south region of the United States.
Interface offers installation, maintenance and monitoring services to residential and commercial clients in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
With 3,200 monitored subscribers, the Mississippi-based Phillips-Dolby has offices in Waynesboro and Hattiesburg. It was founded in 1959.
