Samsung, OnSSI Offer Integrated Video Management Platform

RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. — The recent integration of Samsung Techwin America network video cameras and OnSSI’s Ocularis IP video management software platform is expected to provide customers with an effective video system that provides better image quality, according to the companies.

OnSSI’s non-proprietary software platform enables the user to benefit from the capabilities of Samsung’s cameras as part of a networked video system. The investigative capabilities of OnSSI’s software allow users to review captured video in detail, analyze it frame-by-frame, fast-forward or view events in a compressed timeframe, according to the company.

“Meeting our customers’ needs is our number one priority. This integration increases the value proposition for both Samsung and OnSSI by combining the strengths in each respective portfolio,” says Samsung Techwin America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing North America, Frank DeFina.
