SIMPLEX, JOHNSON CONTROLS COMBINE RESOURCES TO DELIVER TOTAL BUILDING CONTROLS SOLUTIONS
GARDNER, Mass., and MILWAUKEE
Simplex, a provider of fire detection and alarm systems, and Johnson Controls Inc., a worldwide supplier of building control systems, have announced the formation of a new customer-focused alliance. The relationship will now work collaboratively to serve the needs of customers who want their fire alarm system delivered as part of a total building systems solution.

Clark, CEO of Simplex. Under the agreement, the two companies will also work together to maintain technology leadership, staying at the forefront of breakthroughs that improve communications, compatibility, information sharing, application flexibility and ease of use in modern building management systems.
