Developed by seasoned security industry professionals, the new CEU-approved, eight-month course focuses on strategic and relationship selling and includes four one-hour modules. The course centers on four aspects of the sales cycle: prepare, present, propose and process.

In the preparation cycle, the course explains the differences between sales and marketing. It will show participants how to introduce products through emailing and calling prospects. Additionally, the cycle with clarify the difference between Product Training and Sales Training and how to position the product.

The presentation cycle includes building rapport, having an agenda, the importance of asking good questions and connecting with customers every time. During the study of the proposal cycle, students will learn how to discover what is needed, understand customer personality type, learn budget requirements and set project timing.

In the propose module, students will learn how to set objectives, handle objections, negotiate and become skilled at making comparisons with competitors’ products.

The last module, the process cycle, covers strategic selling, creating a vision and focus as well as taking advantage of networking. Students will learn from the process and earn from the solution.
