Tri-Ed/Northern Video Acquires in Florida, Will Open 2 New Branches
Tri-Ed/Northern Video Distribution announced Monday it has acquired Winter Park., Fla.-based Seabreeze Security Distributors as it prepares to open two new locations elsewhere.
Seabreeze is a leading independent distributor of electronic security and fire/life-safety products in the Orlando market, according to a press release. Tri-Ed/Northern Video will maintain the company’s current office at 839 Clay St., Winter Park, Fla.
“We are very excited to increase our North American footprint and continue to exceed the expectations of security professionals in this market,” says Pat Comunale, president and CEO of Tri-Ed/Northern Video. “We welcome the Seabreeze sales staff to the Tri-Ed/Northern Video team.”
Tri-Ed/Northern Video also said it will open branch locations in Detroit and Raleigh, N.C., in the next 30 days. The firm currently operates 46 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
