Tri-Ed/Northern Video Distribution Acquires Texas-Based Distributor
WOODBURY, N.Y. — Tri-Ed/Northern Video announces the acquisition of Texas-based low voltage distributor Security Data & Cable HQ (SDC), which operates branch locations in Houston and Austin.
SDC’s two locations will now operate as Tri-Ed/Northern Video Distribution. The existing sales staff will continue to manage both branches.
“We welcome our new sales team and look forward to meeting and exceeding the expectations of security professionals in our new Houston and Austin locations,” says Tri-Ed/Northern Video Distribution President and COO Pat Comunale.
