Bill Bozeman is president and CEO of PSA Security Network, the world’s largest electronic security cooperative. PSA members are responsible for over $1.4 billion dollars of electronic security and life safety installations. Bozeman has 28 years of experience in the security systems integration business and has a successful track record in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. He has served as president of Delta Audio-Visual Security, president of Dictograph Alarm Systems Inc., president of Delta Countermeasures, and vice president of strategic alliances for Pinkerton Systems Integration. Bozeman currently serves as chairman of Virtual Distribution Management and chairman of Integrator Support LLC. He also serves on the boards for the Security Industry Association (SIA).
Shandon Harbour, President
Shandon Harbour is the the third-generation leader and president of San Diego-based SDA Security, family-owned since its founding in 1930. Prior to becoming president of SDA Security in 2007 Shandon, A USC alumni, worked for powerhouse hi-tech public relations firm Porter Novelli in San Francisco, and later as a multi-subject teacher at the elementary and middle school grade levels in San Diego.
Bob Harris, President

Bob Harris founded the Attrition Busters in 2003. Attrition Busters provides motivational seminars, consulting services and workshops aimed at improving customer relations and employee morale. Harris formerly worked for Culver City, Calif.-based Pacific Alarm, where he was in charge of customer retention.

Kratos acquired his company in 2010, and he now serves as executive vice president, leading a variety of key activities centered on corporate development and driving the growth of the company.

John R. Jennings joined Safeguard Security in 1975 as alarm installer. In 1981, he became president and general manager. Jennings became the CEO in 2001. During his tenure with Safeguard, yearly gross revenues have increased from $500,000 to over $31 million. Safeguard has continued to be recognized as a leader in providing residential security services and serves over 15,000 clients. the company continues to develop innovative services for the residential and commercial market including a major emphasis on systems for the education and healthcare markets.

Sandra Jones is a 30-year security industry veteran, insider and dealmaker. She is a past president of Security Industry Association (SIA) and remains on the board of directors where she chairs New Product Showcase (NPS) and the board of directors nominating committee. Jones is an inductee in the SSI Hall of Fame. Her firm, Sandra Jones and Co., advises on all aspects of accelerating profits and specializes in bringing new products to market, mergers and acquisition, voice of the customer research and market analysis. The firm is a co-founder and the producers of Securing New Ground, an industry conference focused on the business of security.
Mike Miller, Vice President

Mike Miller currently serves as vice president and co-owner of Moon Security Services Inc. located in Pasco, Wash. Moon Security has been a family-owned business since 1957, and is a full service security company providing patrol, guards, installation, maintenance and monitoring services. Miller is also services as the National Burglar Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) vice president/president-elect.
J. Matthew Ladd, President and COO

With over 34 year’s experience, Ladd is experienced in all facets of electronic security. Under his leadership, The Protection Bureau has grown from a small burglar alarm company to a full-service integrator with over $15 million annual sales and 6,000 commercial and government installations nationwide. Ladd has been personally responsible for the development of exclusive design/build clients, including AT&T’s east coast operations involving over 600 retail stores and corporate buildings. His design projects include Environmental Compliance Services, American Institute for Insurance Underwriters, and SEI Corp. Ladd is a member of ASIS, NBFAA, NSCA and PBFAA. He serves on many other boards in the community.
Joe Nuccio, CEO
Joe Nuccio brings 24 years of security industry experience to ASG Security after taking the helm in 2003. He has completed nearly 40 acquisitions while building a formidable internal sales growth engine that powered the company to 30 percent growth in each of the last five years. Prior to ASG, he served as Protection One’s Central Region vice president with responsibility of overall management.
Mitch Reitman, Managing Principal

Mitch Reitman is managing principal of Fort Worth, Texas-based Security Industry Capital (SIC) Consulting, which provides financial services to security alarm companies in 23 states and Canada. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Reitman also served as vice president of Acquisitions for Select Security, and director of Acquisitions and Business Development for Protection 1, where he participated in more than $375 million of alarm account transactions. He is also a frequent lecturer to alarm industry trade groups and associations.
Eric Yunag, President and CEO

Eric Yunag has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Dakota Security Systems Inc., since January 2007. Yunag originally joined Dakota Security as IT Director in December 1999 and later assumed the role of chief operating officer in March 2004. During his 10-year tenure at Dakota Security Systems Inc., he has led numerous operational and sales improvement initiatives as well as the expansion of the company into several key geographic locations around the country. While focused on the continued growth and success of the Dakota Security, he remains active in a number of community and non-profit leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from South Dakota State University and lives in Sioux Falls, S.D. with his wife and two children.
