DoorKing Wireless Expansion Boards

DoorKing of Inglewood, Calif., introduces wireless expansion boards for its 1830 Series of telephone entry and access control products, which make it possible to add up to 16 card readers (or other access devices) to an access control system without the need for additional wire runs, according to the company.

The boards will connect card readers, keypads or any 26‐bit Wiegand device to DKS 1830 Series access controllers. Each board also acts as a repeater station to provide for longer distances, or individual repeater units are available when an access control device is not needed.
