Mace CSSS Inc. has integrated its central station automation system with the Videofied video verification security monitoring system.

The Videofied platform allows the Anaheim, Calif.-based Mace monitoring center to receive verification of alarm events activated through Videofied’s security system, developed by RSI Video Technologies. Mace has added RSI’s server to its central station and integrated the signal and video processing with the stages automation processing system by Secure Global Solutions.

The Videofied system incorporates a wireless motion viewer, with a built-in digital camera and illuminator for night vision. Upon detecting motion, the viewer sends a 10-second video clip to Mace’s monitoring center. Mace receives the video verification and utilizes two-way voice to investigate the alarm incident and respond.
