IdentiSys Strikes Deal to Purchase Photo I.D. Systems & Supplies
The acquired company is a reseller of identification, emergency response and security solutions, plus provides onsite services.
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. – IdentiSys Inc., a sales and service integrator of identification, card issuance, emergency response, customer line management and access control security systems, announces the acquisition of Photo I.D. Systems & Supplies Inc.
Photo I.D. Systems & Supplies has been selling identification security solutions to customers throughout North America with a primary concentration in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky since 1987. The Cincinnati-based company has a roster of customers in the corporate, government, financial, health care, education and security markets.

Plus, we are happy to be bringing our expanded product portfolio and on-site services to the existing Photo I.D. Systems customer base.”
The transaction marks the 11th identification dealer acquisition for IdentiSys in the past nine years. Folding in Photo I.D. Systems and its customer base to IdentiSys progresses a strategy of providing in-depth sales and service throughout the company’s coverage area, says Michael Shields, IdentiSys founder and CEO
“Our growth strategy consistently includes acquisitions and expanding product offerings to our current customer base,” he says. “IdentiSys is proud to have sales and service covering more than half of the United States and we look forward to many years of record growth.”
