Interlogix TruVision TVN 10 NVR Supports Smaller Commercial Security Installs

Interlogix’s new TruVision TVN 10 NVR is designed to provide dealers with a digital security solution that competes with analog device prices.

The Lincolnton, N.C.-based manufacturer Interlogix is a part of the UTC Climate Controls & Security family of companies and produces an array of security systems for the residential and commercial markets.

The Skinny: Adding to its commercial line of products, Interlogix has just announced its new TruVision TVN 10 Internet protocol network video recorder (NVR).

The Specs: Interlogix says that the TVN 10 provides users with a megapixel resolution solution at analog price levels, and that it is designed for fast installation and easy operation.

“The design of the TVN 10 makes installation easy and cost effective,” says Kostas Mellos, product marketing manager (video, Lenel and Interlogix). “This NVR is ideal for protecting one to hundreds of sites-all controlled remotely from a smartphone or tablet.”

The company also says that the TVN 10 helps electronics professionals support smaller commercial installations of megapixel technology by offering dealers an all-in-one design that includes a PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch and full control via front panel buttons and a mouse. In addition, users can operate the NVR through its web browser and TruVision Navigator and TVRMobile software apps.

Solutions: Interlogix says TVN 10 can be used to protect one to hundreds of locations.
