Sony Electronics General Manager Joins SIA Board
Sony Electronics General Manager of Security Systems Mark Collett is now a member of the Security Industry Associations (SIA) board of directors.
LAS VEGAS — The Security Industry Association (SIA) has named Sony Electronics General Manager of Security Systems Mark Collett as a member of its board of directors.
According to SIA, Collett was chosen for his background in developing standards for Ethernet, network and system management, and broad experience in the IT industry.
Since joining Sony Electronics in 2010, Collett has spearheaded the Security Systems Division’s transition from a productâ€centric focus to that of a total solutions provider, redefining the group’s goâ€toâ€market strategy to deliver critical business solutions for a range of vertical markets.
