Xentry Systems Announces Industry Vet as New Prez and CEO

John Nemerofsky, a former executive for Stanley Security Solutions, will be responsible for Xentry Security Integration’s operational and growth plans.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Xentry Systems Integration has named electronic security veteran John Nemerofsky as its new president and CEO to help the firm with its strategic growth.

As the firm’s new leader, Nemerofsky will provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the entire organization and will be responsible for direct operational and strategic oversight of the company’s growth plans. Other tasks include overseeing Xentry’s technology and service portfolio, go-to-market strategy and future acquisitions.

“Having led both small and large companies through rapid growth periods, I welcome the opportunity to help further position Xentry Systems Integration for tremendous growth,” Nemerofsky says. “The company has the ingredients necessary to capitalize on new business opportunities, and I am privileged to work closely with the Xentry team and its customers to propel the company to even greater success.

Prior to joining the Xentry team, Nemerofsky served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Stanley Security Solutions, a position he assumed when Stanley acquired Niscayah in 2011.

While at Stanley, Nemerofsky initiated and executed programs to drive sales effectiveness and extend reach in the market while working to implement key improvement plans across the organization.

Nemerofsky was previously the founder and president of Security Services and Technology (SST), which was acquired by First Service in 2008. At SST, he led the company to $22 million in revenue in five years and expanded worldwide to reach $160 million in sales. Nemerofsky also drove the strategic recruitment of key personnel to boost sales, service, engineering and project management.

“John possesses tremendous understanding of the rapidly evolving security and technology markets,” Matrix Systems CEO Holly Tsourides says. “His capability to anticipate industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth will guide the company to new levels of success while ensuring clients continue to receive the highest level of support.”

The latest announcement comes a week after Xentry announced that it had acquired Acree Daily Integrated Systems. Earlier this year, the firm spun off from its parent company Matrix Systems to provide direct service to customers in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, western Pennsylvania, Michigan and southern Florida.
