Leyers succeeds John Cerasuolo, who will be stepping down after serving as ADS president for the past 12 years.

The deal marks the first announced acquisition for ADS since it was acquired by and became a division of Vector Security in June.
Collectively both companies will have close to $20 million in recurring monthly revenue (RMR) and a customer base of nearly 400,000 subscribers.
The acquired company, Security Specialists, has served the Midlands of South Carolina since 1976.
ADS serves more than 100,000 residential and commercial customer sites spread over 25 branch locations throughout the southeastern United States.
A-Sonic Guard customers will have access to the ADS advanced suite of commercial and residential services, including smart home products and systems.
Louisville, Ky.-based Mid America Security Systems will become ADS Security’s 25th branch location company-wide.
ADS purchased customer accounts of Delta Security Systems in Brownsville, Tenn., and Wilson Alarm Co. in Hopkinsville, Ky.
