Honeywell reports strong organic sales and double-digit earnings growth during the 3rd quarter. The Automation and Control Solutions segment that includes the security and safety businesses did particularly well with a 9% sales increase (vs. 5% overall). Hence, Honeywell is raising its EPS projections 11%-12%.
