World Wide Security Sells Business to Novidam Capital

World Wide will continue to operate under its name. Alexander Schull of Novidam takes over as CEO of the company.

ST. LOUIS — World Wide Security of New York has completed the sale of its business to Novidam Capital LLC. The Edmonds Group acted as advisor to World Wide Security on the transaction.

“The Edmonds Group provided invaluable assistance in evaluating options in negotiating and structuring the transaction,” said Ken Mara, founder and former CEO of World Wide Security. “As a result, we achieved all our goals in the transaction.”

Alexander Schull of Novidam is now CEO of World Wide. The company will continue to operate as before the change of ownership.

Headquartered in Garden City, N.Y., and founded in 1979, World Wide Security serves the life safety system needs of residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare and schools in the tristate New York metropolitan area.

Henry Edmonds, president of the Edmonds Group, said, “Novidam recognized the expectional value created over the last 36 years by the entrepreneurial management team at World Wide.”
