Hawk verbally confirmed $150 installation waiver. They also had my son (resident) and me sign the contract. It also stipulated waiver of $150 installation fee. Today, I received a call that they could not honor it. This borders on fraud and clearly reflects on the lack of integrity on the part of Hawk. The "manager" was also very rude and would not honor the verbal and written agreement.
