Ore. School District Credits Surveillance Cameras With Bullying Decline

After spending $1 million last year to install swipe cards and more than 300 cameras at eight Hermiston (Ore.) schools, administrators say they have seen a drastic decrease in bullying and harassment incidents and a substantial reduction of graffiti at all the facilities.
