Kristen Nichelmann has accepted the position of system consultant for The Greater Alarm Co. in Loomis, Calif. Nichelmann most recently served as regional manager for Digitec Security Services in Sacramento. The company also welcomes Linda Johansen as human resources manager at the Loomis branch. Most recently, she served as human resources generalist for C&K Systems Inc. in Folsom, Calif.

Eric Widlitz has been selected to direct PC access control products for Automated Identification Technologies (AIT) in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. Widlitz will also help develop partnerships with leading access control and IT asset management integration firms at the company. He joins the company from HID Corp., where he served as distribution manager.

Microtec Enterprises Inc. of Quebec, Canada, has named Daniel Jobin as vice president of retail sales. Jobin will be responsible for setting up a retail sales program to promote the distribution of security systems through Canadian retail chains.

Scott Klodowski has accepted the position of national sales manager of TERK Technologies’ custom installation division. In his new position, Klodowski will lead the company’s ongoing expansion into the custom installation market.

Dennis Vanderpool has joined JMG Security Systems of Fountain Valley, Calif., as operations manager. For the past 13 years, Vanderpool served as the facilities operations manager for PacifiCare in Cypress, Calif.

NICE Systems of Las Vegas has promoted Eli Gorovici to vice president of security and CCTV for North America. He will be responsible for the overall sales and implementation of the NiceVision(tm) solution, the company’s advanced digital video and audio recording system.
