Effective immediately, David Cote is president and CEO of Honeywell. He takes the place of Lawrence Bossidy. Bossidy will remain chairman and a member of the board of directors until June 30, when he retires. Cote will then assume the chairmanship. 

Andy Drenick has been named CEO of Inovonics Wireless Corp. He was previously vice president of sales and marketing and has been with the company for more than nine years. In other company news, Mark Jarman has been appointed director of sales. Before this position, Jarman was national sales manager of nonsecurity products and director of new business development.

James Henry has been appointed chairman and CEO of Diversified Security Solutions. He formerly served as president and CEO.  Also, Irvin Witcosky has been named president of the company.In other company news, Joseph Ritorto has been appointed as the sixth member to the company’s board of directors.

Micro Key Software has promoted David Peralta to sales manager. He takes over for Atlee Mercer, now the company’s semiretired chairman.
