Baran Subsidiary Targets Access Control Market
MISSION VIEJO, Calif.
The recently launched Baran Access Solutions, a subsidiary of Baran Advanced Technologies Ltd. and the Baran Group, is now serving the security access control market in the United States and Canada. The company will concentrate on access control solutions, including Everswitch single-door keypads and controllers, contactless smart card readers, proximity readers and magstripe readers.
Security industry veteran and RFID technology expert Bill Newill has been named the company’s president. The company is setting up its corporate offices in Mission Viejo, Calif.
“Baran Access Solutions can now concentrate its efforts on the unique demands of the access control market,” says Newill. “In the end, greater focus will translate to tighter internal processes, better engineered products and a higher level of customer satisfaction.”
Baran Advanced Technologies Ltd. and the Baran Group is an Israel-based company that focuses on engineering, technology and construction services.
