Brivo Adds 7 to Sales & Marketing Team

BETHESDA, Md. — Brivo Systems has announced personnel additions to help the company sustain growth.

Mike Taylor will serve as director of business development. Based out of Atlanta, Taylor will be responsible for driving new business development though various sales channels across North America. Taylor brings more than 16 years’ experience in the security industry, including positions in sales, business development, and management over that period. Most recently, he served as vice president of sales for North America at AMAG Technology. 

In his role as director of sales operations, Lee Odess will focus on organizing and leading the sales services team to support all steps of the sales process, including implementing systems, process and programs. Odess has 13 years of technology experience in working for large manufacturers, in addition to owning an integration company.

With 15 years of IT experience, Charles Wheeler is the company’s new director of network engineering. For the past five years, he served as a contractor to the federal government supporting mission critical infrastructure within a secured environment. Prior to that, Wheeler worked as the IT operations manager for Family Health Int’l, supporting a global computer network with nodes in more than 50 countries.

JuliAnn Tuleya is appointed marketing communications manager. She has seven years in marketing communications management with significant experience developing innovative marketing materials and campaigns for multiple audiences. Prior to joining Brivo, she managed marketing communication initiatives and projects at LifeNet Health, and she managed marketing promotions and communications for an in-house creative team at Spirit Cruises.

As product manager, Jim Sheahan will be responsible for product management and the restructuring of product management at Brivo. Previously the owner at Sheahan Consulting Services, he previously served a director of technical services at Siemens Building Technologies. He also worked at Security Technologies Group as national director; manager of technical information services at Sensormatic; and director of research and development at Glen Industrial Communications.

Eric Litorja is the company’s sales service representative, providing support to the respective regional sales managers for the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Northeast, and Central territories. Litorja will also perform online demonstrations and handling inbound/outbound calls.

Additionally, the company has added Emily Medina as staff accountant. With more than 10 years of accounting experience, she recently served as controller for Rose and Womble.
