Camden Door Controls Announces CX-ED1689L and CX-ED1799L Door Strikes
To support the launch of its latest door strikes Camden Door Controls is running a dealer promotion through the end of the year in which dealers can earn $20 and $100 Amazon gift cards.

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario—Camden Door Controls, has just introduced its newest series of strikes: The newly announced Camden CX-ED1689L and CX-ED1799L Grade 1 fire rated electric strikes for mortise and cylindrical locksets.
According to the Canadian company, its latest product solutions offer the best strike quality and features, with the added value of built-in latch monitoring and ‘universal’ performance.
Camden Door Controls explains the CX-ED1689L is a low-profile Grade 1 fire rated strike with both latch and strike monitor switches included. The CX-ED1799L is a Grade 1 fire rated strike with dual lock monitors and strike monitor switches included.
The company notes that both the CX-ED1689L-4 and CX-ED1799L-8 strikes are packaged with four or eight stainless steel faceplates respectively. The newly announced door strikes feature field selectable voltage (12/24 volt, AC/ DC), fail safe or fail secure operation, and are non-handed. Camden Door Controls notes that strike bodies and individual faceplates are also available separately.
Camden Door Controls also emphasizes that as part of the launch of these new strikes it is hosting a Dealer Promo Rebate offer. The Canadian manufacturer is awarding $20 Amazon gift cards for each 1689 or 1799 strike purchased, and a $100 Amazon gift card for every four 1689 or 1799 strikes purchased in a single order. The company boasts there is no quantity limit to keep earning these gift cards and this special promotion offer runs from Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023.
In addition, the company says that like all Camden strikes, these new strikes are backed by its exclusive five year no-hassle product warranty.
