Chamberlain Group Forms Access Solutions Division
ELMHURST, Ill. — The Chamberlain Group Inc. has formed the Chamberlain Access Solutions division, which combines the recently-acquired Digitech Int’l Inc. and PTI Integrated Systems, along with Chamberlain’s Telephone Entry Systems group. David Mack, who served as general manager of PTI Integrated Systems, will lead the new division.
“Acquiring both Digitech and PTI Integrated Systems initially demonstrated Chamberlain’s commitment to establishing a stronger presence in vertical markets,” says Chamberlain CEO J. David Rolls.
