LifeSafety Power Partners With Paxton Access

New partnership delivers power solution enclosure with integral installation efficiencies.

MUNDELEIN, Ill. – LifeSafety Power and Paxton Access have teamed up to market the new FlexPower PCLASS Unified Power Solutions for Greenville, S.C.-based Paxton Access.

The FlexPower PCLASS Paxton Access Control Power System is engineered to integrate operating power and a mechanical housing for Paxton AccessNet2 controller hardware, according to a joint statement. The seamless enclosure simplifies system design and is available in 4-, 8- and 16-door configurations in both single and dual voltage. 

Net2 is a proprietary and secure networked access control system that yields the advantages of central control, event reporting and flexible functionality. Eight-door configurations yield up to a 40 percent space savings and 30% installation savings while 16-door units offer up to a 60% space savings and 40% installation savings.

Other integral features designed to optimize installation efficiency, space utilization and service include: removable back plate; flexible mounting pattern; pre-wired access accessories; wide channels; pre-drilled hole patterns; and 4.5-inch cabinet depth. A network option is available to monitor system and battery health.

LifeSafety Power will be exhibiting at ASIS 2016 in booth 3461. Paxton Acess will exhibit it wares in booth 4114.
