What is the top product or offering you are showing off at ASIS 2017, and what makes it unique or special from both security integrator and user perspectives?
The top product Open Options will be featuring at ASIS is our DNA Fusion platform. DNA Fusion is an open platform access control software that is available for small systems or enterprise solutions, and connects with industry leading technologies to provide a best-of-breed security solution.

DNA Fusion offers numerous user-friendly features, including the option to drag and drop data, right click to run reports, and filter the events grid based on alarms or cardholders. System users can also take advantage of DNA Fusion’s web and mobile applications, which allow operators to access the critical features of DNA Fusion remotely or on the go.

What other products or offerings would you like to highlight, and what are some of qualities that differentiate them in the marketplace?
Open Options will also be showcasing several third-party integrations from various technology partners at ASIS, including Traka, Allegion, ASSA ABLOY, Zenitel, Bosch, thyssenkrupp, and others. When users install an Open Options access control system, they have the freedom to choose from over 30 partners in video management, intelligent locks, critical communications, and many more for a unique solution to address their specific needs.

There is a wealth of resources available through our online partner portal, and if installers cannot find the information they need, we have a direct line to our technical support department (last year, over 99% of all technical issues were resolved and closed in the same day).

Furthermore, the vast amount of systems and technologies we integrate with provide our dealers/integrators with choices as to whom they can work with, and aid in piecing together the perfect system for our shared customers.

Looking ahead at 2018, what do you see as some of the top opportunities in the marketplace? What about challenges?
