LAS VEGAS – Approximately 150 industry professionals kicked off ISC West by attending Security Sales & Integration‘s Sales and Marketing (SAMMY) awards, held March 25 at the Venetian Hotel.

“I want to thank Security Sales & Integration for bringing the SAMMYs to ISC West,” said Dean Russo, vice president of Reed Exhibition, which co-sponsored the SAMMYs for the first time. “Bringing the event here was a no-brainer. Judging from the turnout, it may very well become an annual event here,” he said.

The awards gala included a good mix of manufacturer representatives and security dealers and integrators, many whom were finalists and had traveled to Las Vegas exclusively for this event (see full SAMMYs coverage in the June issue).
