SSI Awards Digital Camera to Survey Participant
TORRANCE, Calif. – Security Sales & Integration (SSI) magazine announces Jeff Steier, vice president of Innovative Systems in Oak Creek, Wis., has been randomly selected as the winner of its digital camera drawing as a result of his participation in its annual Dealer Survey.
Steier, a devoted SSI reader since 1988, was surprised and elated to win the prize, which was offered as an incentive to the nearly 700 industry professionals who took part in the important study. “I am surprised to win anything!” he exclaims. “The camera will be used in the field to perform video badging.”
Steier, who entered the industry in 1974 and co-founded Innovative Systems in 1988, says his company is a true systems integrator and his favorite aspect of the business is new technology. “There is always something new to market, like wireless access, iris readers; we are now even marketing our own DVR,” he says. “We know no bounds. We are always looking for new innovative products to market.”
Data and statistics from the 2003 Dealer Survey will be featured in SSI’s 2004 Buyers’ Guide & Fact Book, which mails bundled with the magazine’s December issue.
