Young, a Navy veteran, comes to COPS from Tri-Ed Distribution, where he was a branch manager.
Vector Security has appointed Rick Spano as its national account manager for its National Accounts division.
With a 15-year career in electric security, Spano has orchestrated several large-scale installations and has level 2 NICET certification.
The Thomasson Marketing Group has hired Israel Lopez as a partner.
Lopez has previously held sales management positions at Maxxess Access Control, ADI and Radionics.
