Wholesale Distributor SES Adds Adept Audio to A/V Portfolio

EARTH CITY, Mo. — Security Equipment Supply (SES), based here, announces the new premium architectural speaker brand Adept Audio is in stock at the security distributor’s locations in St Louis, Detroit, Chicago, Memphis, Omaha and Dallas.
This includes the complete assortment of Adept in-ceiling, in-wall, indoor-outdoor cabinet speakers and digital subwoofers. In Q4, the remaining seven SES branches will be stocking the speaker brand, according to the announcement.
“SES is very excited about this new loudspeaker brand,” says John Hill, director of sales and marketing at SES. “With their sonic performance and ease of installation, we believe Adept will become an important part of the SES A/V strategy, starting right now and in the years to come.”

Jason Dominique, Adept director of sales, says, “The Adept Trim-Ring is a terrific design as it makes for safer yet faster installs. And, by utilizing our patented Adept Trim-Ring, it will let SES dealers hold Adept listening tests for clients’ in their home or facility.
“Our dealers will be thrilled to hear that we added Adept Audio,” Hill adds. SES has long-standing relationship with A/V dealer who care a great deal about sonic performance, he continues. “Knowing that Adept was designed and voiced in-house at Origin Acoustics says a lot.”
SES is an independently-owned low-voltage distributor. The company started with one branch in St. Louis and now has grown to 13 locations throughout the Central United States. The company stocks full lines of low-voltage products for traditional burglar and fire protection installations to video surveillance, home theater, whole house and outdoor sound systems and access control.
