ADT Commercial Acquires Denver Integrator Key-Rite Security
The purchase of Key-Rite Security will expand ADT Commercial’s service coverage and offerings across the state of Colorado.
BOCA RATON, Fla. — ADT Commercial, a provider of commercial security, fire, life safety and risk consulting services in the U.S., announces it has purchased Denver-based Key-Rite Security.

Since 1975, Key-Rite Security has been a locally owned and operated security provider specializing in access control, surveillance, intrusion, and intercom systems for a wide range of commercial environments in the state of Colorado and for customers across the U.S.
“For nearly 50 years, we’ve approached our Key-Rite customers with industry-leading solutions and the service quality to match. With over 100 years combined experience in the security industry across our team, we’re excited to join ADT Commercial to continue to grow that expertise and extend our reach in the region,” says Chris Diguardi, president, Key-Rite Security.
The deal marks the first acquisition for Big Blue’s commercial division in 2022. The company’s last purchase was North Carolina’s Edwards Electronic Systems in October.
