Alarm Monitoring Services (MAS) initiated a dealer hotline program for dealers to answer questions posed by other dealers and solve or suggest solutions to problems that have been recorded on the hotline. It is also designed to help resolve any issues regarding signals that are in question, as well as data issues. Company officials say the hotline will also take a proactive approach in preventing problems before they take place. For example, when a new account comes online, the department will verify that it has the correct information.
