ConnectWise to Show Integrators How to Streamline Processes at ISC West 2018

SSI spoke with ConnectWise Business Development Director John Fry ahead of ISC West to discuss what the company will be bringing to the show. You can find them at booth 7055.

What is the top product or offering your company is showing off at ISC West this year, and what makes it unique or special?

There are quite a few fantastic products being showcased here at ISCW, however, there are very few offerings like the ConnectWise platform that truly help integrators become more operationally efficient and grow their margins. Our flagship product, ConnectWise Manage, allows integrators to gain full control over their businesses by uniting all their business processes – from project management and operations to time management, billing and more.

What other products or offerings would you like to highlight, and what are some of their unique qualities?

ConnectWise Sell provides a technology driven approach to quote and proposal automation, with seamless pricing and availability integration to the vendors and distributors that are important to the integrator community. Additionally, ConnectWise Sell features our patented Order Porter technology to deliver quotes and proposals on unique e-quote landing pages, complete with a built-in e-signature option.

What else is new or noteworthy about the company for 2018?

In March, we launched our 2018 Tech Tank Competition – a contest designed to inspire and drive innovation from developers and benefit the ConnectWise ecosystem – taking place at our partner conference in June.

We are accepting software integration proofs of concept until April 30, and the winning concept will receive up to $100,000 to transform the idea into a working integration. The scoring will be a combination of ConnectWise partner votes that are cast at Automation Nation 2018 and scores from a team of ConnectWise judges. We hope to see you there!
