Staged at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz. from Aug. 26 – 29, the 2nd Annual NRTCCA conference is the premier U.S. event for law enforcement, real-time crime center analysts, police leaders and their staff.
To demonstrate Datapath’s benefits to law enforcement control room content management, they will be sharing a booth with fellow manufacturer and distribution partners to provide a fully operational, replicated control room setup.
Joining Datapath will be Fountainhead Control Rooms — providing their latest consoles and seating for law enforcement-centric analysts, in addition to Planar showcasing and educating attendees on all three primary display technologies found in law enforcement control rooms; large-format LED backlit LCD displays, ultra-narrow bezel LCD displays and DirectView LED displays.
Also being represented on the booth is renowned distribution partner Diversified, who will have experts on-hand to discuss their control room integration expertise.
Booth visitors will get a full demonstration of Aetria Workstation working in a simulated “real world” environment. Datapath will have two exhibit spaces at the event — one in the venue’s ballroom area and one in the main exhibition center — where there will be a stand-alone Aetria environment driving one console and an Aligo workstation (KVM Version) driving the second console in both spaces.
Datapath Showcases Aetria Workstation and Aligo KVM
Capable of handling today’s vast volumes of video content in command-and-control environments, Datapath’s Aetria Workstation provides a unique “bespoke video wall” ability to analysts, allowing them to display whatever sources they need on their desktop display, however they wish to see them.
The benefits of such personalized displays are clear – analysts can focus on their specific task with only their relevant information and can share any content on the larger videowall when necessary (user rights permitting, of course).
Powered by Datapath’s VSN V3 videowall controller, the booth will showcase Aligo KVM – demonstrating how operators can manage and control multiple applications and monitors from a single device.
“We have seen how the NRTCCA helps to deliver best practice to crime operators and law enforcement in the U.S. and we are excited to be joining them at their annual conference,” says Datapath director of sales (Americas) Mark Bohs in the company announcement.
“We have designed Aetria from the ground up to benefit control room operators in these environments and look forward to showcasing our technology for the first time at this prestigious event,” he says.
He adds, “Datapath hardware and software can be found in some of the highest profile command-and-control and mission critical environments in the world and we look forward to demonstrating our latest solutions to the high caliber of attendees at NRTCCA.
“Along with our flagship VSN processors, KVM solutions and capture cards, we are proud to showcase technology that can be scaled to any control room requirement, and we encourage integrators who operate in this space to visit our booth for a friendly chat and a bespoke demo,” says Rohs.
