DMP Launches Virtual Event Studios for Pro Sales & Training on Request
Three studios feature the latest technology and production equipment, allowing DMP to deliver simultaneous web conferencing on request.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Social distancing and travel restrictions have forced security companies to create new ways to stay in contact with their staff and customers, and as a result, virtual meetings have become the new normal. DMP is maximizing those capabilities with a new virtual event suite.
Three studios have been added with the latest technology and production equipment, allowing DMP to deliver simultaneous web conferencing on request, according to an announcement.
Located here at DMP’s headquarters, the new virtual training suite makes it very easy to offer professional product demonstrations, firsthand directly from the manufacturer. Many DMP’s customers are already taking advantage of that opportunity to get a closer look at the company’s newly released X1 Series, according to the announcement.
“When you’re meeting with a prospective customer who wants to hear more about the X1, this makes it very easy to bring us into the conversation,” says Jon Adams, DMP’s executive director of business development. “Showing a tight partnership with the system manufacturer adds value, and we’re always happy to support our dealers in selling DMP products.”
There’s been a tremendous amount of interest in the X1, Adams adds. “For access-only applications, the X1 is uniquely designed with combined features that customers can’t find anywhere else — having our studios has allowed us to give hands-on demonstrations and customize our presentation to each customer’s application.”
Scheduling a Demo From DMP’s Studios
Looking ahead, DMP has plans to offer customized webinar presentations on other DMP products, including Dealer Admin and Virtual Keypad. For now, X1 demonstrations are available daily with DMP’s X1 sales team: Quinton Booth, X1 Sales Specialists-West, and Kevin Macdonald, X1 Sales Specialist-East, as well as Adams.
To schedule a webinar, go here. From the “Schedule a Demo” link at the bottom of the page, you can select an available date and time.
“As soon as you schedule the date and time that works best for you and your customer, we’ll be ready,” says Adams. “We can be live within a matter of minutes.”
