Fluent Home to Launch U.S.-Based Authorized Dealer Program
The provider of security and home automation systems first established a dealer program in Canada in 2015.
DRAPER, Utah — Fluent Home, a provider of security and home automation systems and related services, has expanded its authorized dealer program from the Canadian provinces to the United States.
The company, which offers alarm panels by 2GIG and leverages the Alarm.com platform for cloud-based services, launched its Canadian dealer program in October 2015.
Adam Krueger, who formerly served as director of sales at Nortek Security & Control and 2GIG, will lead Fluent Home’s authorized dealer program in the U.S.
“Having worked with many dealers and programs within the security industry, I have been impressed by the strength and unique way that Fluent runs its business and cares for its customers. I am thrilled to be a part of the evolution of Fluent’s growth and to help dealers achieve their goals by becoming a Fluent Dealer Partner,” says Krueger.
In a press release, Fluent Home states its dealer program offers many features which are “atypical of most dealer programs in the industry.” These features allow dealers to focus their time and effort on revenue generation rather than having to focus significant time on administrative matters, according to the company.
Along with the requisite tools to run a successful business, the program assists dealers with the ability to retain equity value in their accounts. The company says its dealers are provided access to:
- Industry-leading customer acquisition technology
- No holdbacks
- Quality systems
- Back office support and training
- Competitive incentive programs
“We are very well positioned for the growth that our dealer program will bring us in the U.S. We have developed and streamlined our processes and support mechanisms to ensure a stellar experience by both our dealer partners and our customers,” says Graham Wood, CEO of Fluent Home.
Fluent’s product offerings include home automation devices such as automatic door locks, connected lights and video surveillance cameras. The company also serves customers in the U.S. and Canada with monitored security alarms.
