Keynote speaker Josh Linkner, an entrepreneur and New York Times bestselling author, detailed five commonalities of innovative thinkers.
Linkner proposed the idea of how instituting radical change within an organization — which he refers to as making a “judo flip” — can help unlock creativity and keep you ahead of competitors.
Think about how you do things now, he said, and ask yourself where it makes sense to try the polar opposite. “An oppositional approach can lead to … great outcomes,” he said.
The intent here is to scrutinize all aspects of your business and “dig deep to find that scrappy solution.”
