“Americas Got Talent” inspirational singer-songwriter Mandy Harvey performed to an appreciative audience. The 29-year-old from Cincinnati was born with near-perfect pitch, and unfortunately a deformity in her ears that would eventually lead to loss of hearing.
“After I lost my hearing, I gave up,” she told the audience. “But I want to do more with my life than just give up.”
And so she went on to pursue her art, overcoming mountainous challenges. In short, her performance wowed the crowd, earning a standing ovation.
