Lenel, Interlogix Honor Top Dealers and VARS at 2017 Elevate Partner Summit
Lenel and Interlogix are part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
More than 450 attendees participated in the annual three-day event, focused on sharing ideas and information to help Lenel and Interlogix dealers and VARs grow their security businesses. The Elevate summit offered workshops delivering insights into how the security industry is evolving, including the latest technology advancements that are making the world a safer and more convenient place to live.
The event also highlighted important issues such as cybersecurity, and offered up best practices and opportunities to improve business performance, as well as time for attendees to network and dialogue with their peers.
Meeting and talking to attendees about trends in the industry and how the business is evolving was recently appointed vice president and general manager for global security products in North America, Alex Housten.
“There’s a lot of innovation and resulting technology that’s changing the way people interface with security products,” says Housten. “As end-user demands evolve, we want to emphasize our commitment to delivering the advanced, best-in-class solutions that will help them meet or exceed their customers’ needs and expectations.”
The Elevate conference is also just one of the many ways that the Lenel and Interlogix TierVantage channel program supports and recognizes the value of Lenel and Interlogix’s customers, according to a news release. Closing the event, 19 awards were given to the company’s best regional and national dealers and VARs for growth in several categories over the past year.
The top awardees:
- Convergint Technologies of Schaumburg, Ill., took home Lenel’s Integrator of the Year for North America, as well as National Integrator of the Year.
- Ranger Technology Solutions of Lewisville, Texas, received Interlogix’s Dealer of the Year Award.
- Guardian Protection Services of Warrendale, Pa., received Interlogix’s President’s Award.
“Lenel and Interlogix are fortunate to have so many of the finest integrators and dealers in the security industry,” says Housten. “Each Elevate award winner demonstrated a deep knowledge of our products, as well as the needs of end-users – ranging from homeowners to large enterprises. We understand the importance of the loyalty and performance of our customers for our success. This was our chance to thank them.”
