CLEVELAND — ABCO Fire Protection, based here, has acquired all assets of Trico Security, a commercial security integrator located in Broadview Heights, Ohio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1968, Trico Security services northeast Ohio, specializing in access control and IP video systems for national and international corporations. “This is a great match,” Wood says. “ABCO has the funds that will help bring Trico to its next levels. The people I’ve met at ABCO have been great to work with. This is truly a win-win situation.”
