ADS Security’s 7th Acquisition of 2018 Is Largest RMR Base Acquired in Company History

Louisville, Ky.-based Mid America Security Systems will become ADS Security’s 25th branch location company-wide.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Fresh off completing a pair of acquisitions last week, ADS Security announces it has purchased the customer accounts of Mid America Security Systems in Louisville, Ky.

ADS says the purchase of Mid America Security results in the largest recurring monthly revenue base acquired in company history.

“My team and I are excited to join ADS Security because of their reputation for providing excellent customer service,” says Mid America President Eddie Pile. “Mid America Security is in great hands.”

ADS will retain the Mid America Security office located at 3900 Classified Pl, Louisville, Ky., establishing it as the second branch location for ADS in the state of Kentucky and the 25th branch location company-wide. The entire Mid America Security team will be joining ADS Security.

I have been friends with Eddie for eight years and I always hoped to be able to welcome him and his team to ADS,” says ADS president and CEO John Cerasuolo. “Mid America Security has built an exceptional company and I am so excited for what we can accomplish working together.”

The newly acquired customers will have access to the ADS advanced suite of residential and commercial services, including an industry-leading mobile app, smart home technologies, video surveillance and access control solutions.
