ADS Security Completes Acquisitions in Tennessee and Kentucky
ADS purchased customer accounts of Delta Security Systems in Brownsville, Tenn., and Wilson Alarm Co. in Hopkinsville, Ky.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — ADS Security, a regional security and automation company based here, has acquired the customer accounts of Delta Security Systems in Brownsville, Tenn., and Wilson Alarm Co. in Hopkinsville, Ky.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. ADS has now closed six acquisitions in 2018.
Delta Security Systems customers will now be serviced by the ADS branch in Jackson, Tenn., while the Wilson Alarm Company customers will now be serviced by the company’s branch in Clarksville, Tenn.
“We are excited about these partnerships and are thrilled about this further expansion in Tennessee and Kentucky,” says John Cerasuolo, ADS president and CEO.
The newly acquired customers will have access to the ADS advanced suite of residential and commercial services, including an industry-leading mobile app, smart home technologies, video surveillance and access control solutions.
ADS was established in 1990 and currently serves more than 100,000 businesses, industrial facilities and residences throughout the southeastern United States. UL-Listed monitoring center located in Nashville, the company offers a full range of intrusion, fire alarm, video surveillance, access control and automation systems.
ADS acquired Georgie-based RTC Secure in March, followed by the May acquisitions of The Alarm Co. and Alarm One, both based in Mississippi. In July, the company expanded its presence in Alabama with a deal for Systems By Design.
