Allied Universal Acquires Aim Insurance, Expanding ProAdjuster Services in Australia

Aim Insurance Services will join Allied Universal’s insurance claim investigation and compliance business unit

IRVINE, Calif. — Global security and facility services provider Allied Universal today announced the acquisition of Aim Insurance Services, a provider of property loss adjusting services across Australia.

Aim Insurance Services will become part of the Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations global claims services business unit.

“This acquisition aligns with Allied Universal’s growth strategy and commitment to providing comprehensive claims support services to insurers and third-party administrators globally,” says Steve Jones, global chairman and CEO of Allied Universal, in the joint announcement.

“As we continue to expand our presence internationally, the acquisition of this market-leading business expands the value of our insurance claims services we offer to the customers and communities we serve in Australia,” he says.
