B Safe Security Acquires Action One Alarm
As a result of the acquisition, Action One Alarm will begin to offer B Safe Security’s products to its existing customers.

WILMINGTON, Del. — B Safe Security announces it recently acquired Pennsylvania-based Action One Alarm, a provider of residential and commercial security services.
“Through our years of service, we have developed rewarding relationships with customers like you across the Mid-Atlantic region. This latest change is yet another opportunity for us to offer the latest security technology to new customers while delivering the superior level of service you have come to depend on for your home or business,” the company says in an announcement.
As a result of the acquisition, Action One Alarm will begin to offer B Safe Security’s products to its existing customers. In addition, B Safe Security will be responsible for responding to issues regarding the alarm systems, including service calls, invoicing, customer support and the continued monitoring of the alarm system itself.
Neither B Safe Security or Action One Alarm, customers should expect no changes to their central station service, existing rate or billing cycle.
B Safe Security installs, services, inspects and provides 24/7/365 monitoring of security alarms, fire alarms, access control, and video surveillance systems for commercial and multi-location businesses, school campuses and multi-unit properties.
The company was acquired by Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in April. The deal marked Pye-Barker’s fifth acquisition of the year.
