Convergint Technologies Acquires Pendergraph Systems

With a location in Tulsa, Okla., Pendergraph has a strong regional presence with a focus on providing installation and service for commercial customers.

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — Convergint Technologies announces the acquisition of Tulsa, Okla.-based Pendergraph Systems for undisclosed terms.

Pendergraph is a systems integration firm experienced in the design, assembly, installation, maintenance and management of fire, life-safety and security systems. The transaction marks Convergint’s fifth acquisition in 2019.

With a location in Tulsa, Pendergraph has a strong regional presence with a focus on providing installation and service for commercial customers, according to the announcement. The company brings Convergint key customer relationships across the entire Oklahoma region, including school districts, municipalities, healthcare institutions, and global companies with a local presence.
